.We only stayed in Phayao as our motorbike broke down but it was a pleasant evening walking around the lake and the hotel was excellent. The rooms were a good size and well laid out and the bathroom was nice. We had a good breakfast and there seemed to be a good selection of food available.

Spacious room, clean and well maintained. Excellent buffet breakfast albeit local fare. Helpful staff and hotel is just a few minutes easy walk from the bus terminal.
